瑩瞬磨床工作臺面精度保證150×400mm(試磨片x6片，其高度差為0.002mm），研磨表面光潔度為Ra0.18，切溝槽之能力同向誤差100㎜，2μm內(nèi)。

瑩瞬磨床主軸采用直結(jié)式設(shè)計，搭配CP4級精密斜角滾珠軸承、V3級低震動馬達與動平衡后，為普通型主軸之三倍剛性，直接安裝于機頭座上，更加強頭部之強度，保證主軸之偏轉(zhuǎn)遠低于0.002mm；為主軸在超精密磨屑中的精度保證及硬質(zhì)合金正切削時提供充足的動力。

瑩瞬磨床主機座、工作臺、滑座、立柱及機頭等各重要鑄件體均采用高級鑄鐵FCD300，并經(jīng)由有限元分析與計算，達到剛性倍增與質(zhì)量的工程需求，每件鑄件均經(jīng)過內(nèi)應(yīng)力消除處理，確保長久不變形，并具極佳的抗彎及抗扭應(yīng)力，確保機床長時間之研削精度。

瑩瞬磨床前后雙V，左右1V一平，均貼附U.S.A耐磨片TURCITE-B，以及手工精密鏟花。保證工作臺在負荷的情況下，不僅減低阻尼系數(shù)，且滑動順暢、耐磨，確保移動輕快與精度準(zhǔn)確，適合成型超精密研磨。
